Key Responsibilities Database \& Lead Management: Oversee and update CRM with accurate records of customer interactions, profiles, and contact details.
Customer Support: Address customer complaints, process inquiries, and provide timely after\-sales support to maximize satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Campaign \& Sales Support: Assist in executing marketing, upselling, and cross\-selling campaigns to expand the customer base and boost retention.
Cross\-Functional Coordination: Act as the operational bridge between sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure a smooth, end\-to\-end customer journey.
Reporting \& Analytics: Generate, update, and validate reports and dashboards to track customer engagement and campaign performance
