About the Role

We are looking for a **CRM \& Sales Coordination Executive** to manage customer and dealer interactions, maintain CRM records, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure timely follow\-ups and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer and dealer enquiries, follow\-ups and communication.
• Maintain and update **CRM records, customer data and sales information**.
• Coordinate with the sales team for enquiries, orders, updates and customer requirements.
• Handle customer feedback and coordinate for timely issue resolution.
• Maintain daily reports and MIS using **MS Excel / Google Sheets**.
• Follow up with customers, dealers and retailers for pending requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow\-ups and customer status.
• Support the sales team with CRM data and regular reports.

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer\-handling skills.
• Working knowledge of **MS Excel / Google Sheets**.
• Experience with CRM software is preferred.
• Good follow\-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate data and reports.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
