Responsible for customer engagement, retention \& lifecycle marketing through personalized communication strategies and premium customer experience initiatives.
\* Plan \& execute CRM strategies aligned with brand positioning
\* Build lifecycle journeys – welcome, post\-purchase, festive, reactivation etc.
\* Develop customer segmentation \& personalized campaigns
\* Design retention \& loyalty programs to increase repeat purchases
\* Manage Email, WhatsApp, SMS \& app notification campaigns
\* Coordinate with design, marketing \& customer support teams
\* Enhance post\-purchase experience \& premium customer touchpoints
\* 1–3 years experience in CRM / Retention Marketing / Lifecycle Marketing
\* Background in Jewellery, Fashion, D2C or Premium Brands preferred
\* Strong knowledge of customer segmentation \& automation tools
\* Analytical mindset with performance tracking skills
\* Good communication \& storytelling ability
\* Customer\-first approach with strong attention to detail
