Job Description

**Plan, run, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.**
**Monitor campaign performance and improve results such as leads, conversions, and ROI.**
**Test different ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages to identify what works best.**
**Manage and control advertising budgets to ensure cost\-effective results.**
**Track key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS and take corrective actions when required.**
**Work with design and content teams to optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates.**
**Implement SEO\-friendly and CRO strategies to improve overall marketing performance.**
**Identify and target the right audience using retargeting, lookalike audiences, and data insights.**

**Use marketing tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and ad managers to track performance.**

**Set up and monitor conversion tracking and reporting.**

**Analyze competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities.**

**Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with management.**

**Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with brand and business goals.**

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
