A widely recognized organization known for executing large\-scale infrastructure projects is looking for dynamic and customer\-focused professionals to join the team as CRM Executives.
Location: Calicut, Kerala
Work Type: On\-site
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Experience: 2 Years Relevant Experience
Malayalam\-speaking candidates from Kerala preferred
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Manage and monitor CRM campaigns (Email, SMS \& Loyalty Programs)
Maintain and update CRM databases
Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance using Excel/Tableau
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing \& Customer Service teams
Handle customer inquiries and nurture leads effectively
Bachelor’s Degree
Good Communication Skills
2 Years of CRM or related experience
CRM Software \& Tools
Data Analysis \& Reporting
Campaign Management
Lead Nurturing Strategies
Excel / Tableau Knowledge
