We are looking for a detail\-oriented, customer\-focused CRM Executive to manage inbound
inquiries and drive conversions for bookings and experience packages. This role is key to
handling high\-volume leads generated from walk\-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and digital
channels, especially given Brigade Road’s fast\-paced footfall.
The ideal candidate has experience in inbound calling or inside sales, is comfortable
working with CRM and IVR systems, and understands the urgency and service mindset
required in hospitality and entertainment businesses.
● Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries from potential
guests
● Engage leads by understanding requirements and recommending relevant packages,
offers, and experiences
● Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through timely follow\-ups
● Accurately record and manage customer data in CRM systems and Excel / Google
Sheets
● Track lead status, follow\-ups, and booking progress within the CRM
● Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth closures
and guest readiness
● Maintain up\-to\-date records of calls, conversions, preferences, and customer notes
● Operate IVR and CRM platforms for call routing, tracking, and documentation
● Identify recurring customer questions or booking challenges and escalate insights
● Meet defined daily and weekly KPIs for lead response time and conversion
● Minimum 1 year experience in inbound calling, inside sales, or customer
engagement
● Prior experience selling packages, experiences, events, or hospitality offerings
preferred
● Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
● Familiarity with CRM tools, IVR systems, and sales support platforms
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
● Customer\-first mindset with attention to detail
● Background in hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, or events is a strong plus
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
