- Maintain customer database and update CRM records regularly.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and support requests.
- Assist customers with product\-related information and order tracking.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams for issue resolution.
Manage abandoned cart and customer retention activities.Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and complaints.Prepare daily and weekly CRM reports.- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
- Strong follow\-up and problem\-solving skills.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Experience in E\-commerce or Customer Support will be an added advantage.
