- *Key Responsibilities**
- Handle and resolve operational queries received from various sites.
- Coordinate regularly with Site Managers regarding daily operations.
- Maintain records of complaints, queries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with site teams to ensure timely closure of issues.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Escalate critical site issues to the concerned departments and management.
Ensure proper communication between Head Office and site teams.Monitor service quality and support operational improvements.Maintain documentation related to site operations and client requirement- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Operations Coordination, or Customer Support.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong problem\-solving and follow\-up skills
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
