CRM Executive

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, emails and other communication channels.
• Maintain customer records and update the CRM database regularly.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders and service requests.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Track customer complaints and ensure proper closure within the stipulated time.
• Maintain daily reports and customer follow\-up records.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
