HR Recruiter

• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, consultants, placement institutions and social\-media channels.
• Develop a database of suitable candidates for recurring and critical positions.
• Identify alternative sourcing channels when the regular sources do not produce suitable candidates.
• Coordinate with colleges and placement officers for fresher and campus recruitment.
• Conduct initial telephone or online screening interviews.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and the interview panel.
• Collect the required documents from the selected candidate.
• Prepare or coordinate the release of the offer letter.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
