CRM Executive

1\. Maintain customer database in CRM or MS office.

2\. Manage customer inquiries, complaints, follow\-ups,Track order status \& ensure on\-time delivery,

3\. Customer complaints related to quality, quantity\& dispatch, sales reports, order

4\. Status reports\&customer feedback reports.

5\. Support the sales team, Maintain strong relationship with distributors and institutional buyers

6\. 2\+ experience in sales/ telecalling/ Relationship management

7\. Candidate from Hardoi sandila shall be preferable.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
