• *What We Look For**

We are seeking a CRM with HR experience . She must be organized, proactive, and committed to ensuring the smooth day\-to\-day functioning of the clinic. She should possess strong problem\-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively balance people management with operational efficiency.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Oversee the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records covering attendance, leave.
• Supervise facilities, maintenance, and all centre activities to ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and facility upkeep; ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health protocols.
• Track key metrics (patient volume, satisfaction, revenue) and provide actionable insights to improve operations and support expansion.
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints; build strong relationships with parents, vendors, and external partners.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• **Proficiency in Telugu is a must.**
