Key Responsibilities
Manage end\-to\-end customer relationship activities for interior projects.
Act as a single point of contact for clients from project initiation to handover.
Coordinate with Sales, Design, Execution, Accounts, and Vendors for smooth project flow.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project status, timelines, and updates.
Handle customer queries, escalations, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor customer satisfaction and improve service quality standards.
Maintain CRM software/database with accurate customer records and project details.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports and MIS.
Conduct customer feedback and post\-project follow\-ups.
Ensure proper documentation including agreements, payment follow\-ups, approvals, and handover documents.
Support management in improving customer retention and referral business.
Train and guide CRM executives/coordinators when required.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
