We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented CRM Executive / Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be responsible for generating and nurturing client leads through LinkedIn marketing and outbound outreach platforms. The candidate will play a key role in business growth by connecting with potential clients, arranging meetings, and supporting the sales pipeline to convert prospects into customers.The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar lead generation platforms..
1\. Lead Generation \& Client Outreach
Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other outreach platforms.
Generate quality leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct outbound communication via LinkedIn messages, emails, and calls.
Arrange at least 15–20 client meetings/demo calls every month for the sales team.
2\. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective clients.
Follow up regularly with leads to nurture and move them through the sales funnel.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and meeting schedules in CRM systems.
3\. Sales Coordination
Coordinate with internal sales/business teams for meeting closures and client onboarding.
Support the team in achieving monthly business targets.
Track lead conversion progress and provide regular updates to management.
4\. Market Research \& Database Management
Research target industries, companies, and decision\-makers.
Maintain and update client databases with accurate information.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
6 months \- 2\+ years of experience in Lead Generation, CRM, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
Hands\-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools is mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of B2B sales and client handling.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Strong organizational and follow\-up skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve monthly meeting targets.
