CRM & Order Processing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and share Proforma Invoices (PI) as per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams regarding order status.
• Track customer orders and provide regular updates to customers and sales team.
• Maintain order records, documentation, and reports.
• Follow up internally to ensure timely execution and dispatch of orders. •

Handle basic customer queries related to orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.

• Support sales team with operational and documentation work.
• Ensure accuracy in order details and proper communication across departments.

Qualifications \& Skills

• Graduate (any stream preferred: Commerce / Management).
