Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice, Emails, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate and detailed information about company products, services, and policies.
Assist customers with issue resolution and escalate technical or complex concerns to the relevant department when required.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction during all interactions.
Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to continuously improve customer service processes and standards.
