Job Description
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and follow\-ups. **Coordinate with internal departments (operations, tech, sales, etc.) to resolve complex issues.** Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing clear communication and empathetic support.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams as per process. **Adhere to defined SLAs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.** Provide feedback and insights based on customer interactions to help improve processes and service quality.
Pay: ₹35,456\.99 \- ₹40,896\.35 per month
Work Location: In person
