Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver onboarding and refresher training programs for Inside Sales teams.
- Coach Business Development Executives on sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Monitor live and recorded sales calls to evaluate quality, customer interactions, and adherence to sales processes.
- Conduct regular call audits and provide actionable feedback to improve conversion rates.
- Identify training needs through quality assessments and performance metrics.
- Develop training content, SOPs, playbooks, and knowledge materials.
- Conduct role plays, mock calls, and certification assessments for new and existing team members.
- Partner with Sales and Operations leaders to drive productivity and improve team performance.
- Track training effectiveness through KPIs such as conversion, quality scores, productivity, and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with communication standards and process guidelines.
Requirements
* **4–5 years of total experience**, including
- **2\+ years in Inside Sales/Business Development (mandatory)**
- **2–3 years as a Sales Trainer, Quality Analyst, or Sales Coach**
- Proven experience in outbound sales and customer handling.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, call quality frameworks, and coaching methodologies.
- Experience in call monitoring, quality audits, feedback sessions, and performance improvement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficient in preparing training materials, assessments, and performance reports.
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience training high\-volume Inside Sales or B2C sales teams.
- Exposure to CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
- Experience in healthcare, ed\-tech, fintech, retail, or consumer services is preferred.
