Job Summary

Hopup is looking for enthusiastic and customer\-oriented Customer Service Representatives (CSR) who will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting them with their queries, explaining gaming activities and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Assist customers with ticket bookings, entry passes and gaming packages.
• Explain available games, attractions, offers and promotional activities.
• Handle customer queries, complaints and feedback professionally.
• Guide guests regarding gaming rules, safety instructions and park facilities.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth customer service.
• Maintain accurate billing and transaction records, wherever assigned.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain service standards.
• Support customer engagement and promotional activities at the centre.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum 10th pass
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a customer\-friendly attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
