• *Job Summary**

We are hiring motivated and skilled professionals for the role of **Customer Associate** for our international inbound voice process. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from global customers, resolve their queries, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and resolve queries effectively.
• Deliver high\-quality customer service in a Business\-to\-Consumer (B2C) domain.
• Provide accurate solutions to customer issues on the first call (FCR).
• Maintain standard notes and logs in the system using basic internet applications.

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• **Education:** Minimum 12th pass.
• **Experience:** **Minimum 12 months** of mandatory experience in an International Inbound Voice process (B2C domain).
• **English Proficiency:** Strong verbal communication skills (B2 Level / SHL score of 58 or higher).
• **Technical Skills:** Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with MS Office, and internet navigation.

• *Shift \& Working Days**

• **Shift:** Night Shifts.
• **Working Days:** 5 days a week with split week\-offs.
• **Work Mode:** Work from Office (WFO)

• SHL Assessment (Required Score: 58\+, B2 Level)

• Aadhaar Card \& Photo ID proof.
• All academic documents/certificates.
• All previous experience proofs (Relieving/Experience letters).
• Last 3 months' pay slips (if experienced).

Pay: ₹350,000\.00 \- ₹440,000\.00 per year
