Customer Care Associate (India)

### **Job Overview**

We are looking for a confident and professional Customer Support Executive to manage both inbound and outbound calls for the USA market. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, prior experience working with US\-based customers, and the ability to handle conversations in a professional and customer\-focused manner.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers in the USA
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information or support
• Maintain proper call records and update CRM systems regularly
• Coordinate internally with relevant teams for issue resolution and follow\-ups
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Follow company processes and maintain quality standards during all interactions

### **Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Prior experience working with the USA market is mandatory
• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales calling
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Ability to work during US business hours (8:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST)
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Preference will be given to candidates from an English\-medium education background
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and customer handling processes is preferred

### **Additional Information**

• This is a contractual position for an initial duration of 6 months
• This is a remote/work\-from\-home opportunity
• Contract may be extended for another 6 months based on performance and project requirements
