Role: Customer Support Associate (Non\-Voice / Chat)
Work Mode: Work from Office/Home (WFO/WFH)
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Shift: Rotational Shifts (24/7 Environment)
Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
Cab Facility: Both\-side cab facility available within the hiring service radius
Handle customer inquiries through chat and email channels
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
Follow process guidelines and quality standards
Document interactions and update customer records as required
Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate or Graduate
Minimum 6 months of Chat Support or Email Support experience
Excellent written English communication skills
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with 95% accuracy
Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Pay: ₹22,086\.00 \- ₹37,529\.77 per month
