You will handle various customer inquiries such as complaints, promotions, product information, pricing, voucher usage, and gift registry matters. Additionally, you will facilitate root-cause investigations, provide status updates, ensure follow-through on corrective actions, and address other customer queries. Assisting with membership-related requests, like password resets, account activation, detail updates, and query resolution, is also part of the job. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage diverse customer interactions efficiently.
