Job Description
We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for a leading international process in Pune. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with prior BPO experience who are looking for career growth, attractive compensation, and additional benefits.
Roles \& Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice and chat channels.
- Deliver prompt and effective customer service.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and adhere to process guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum **7 months to 1 year of BPO experience** is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Compensation \& Benefits
- **Salary up to ₹4\.5 LPA** (up to ₹30,000 take\-home per month).
- **Up to 30% hike** based on current CTC and interview performance.
- Candidates with **8 months of experience** can be offered **₹4\.10 LPA (approximately ₹27,000 take\-home)**.
- Monthly performance incentives up to **₹2,250**.
- One\-way cab facility provided.
- Additional cab reimbursement of **₹2,500 per month**.
