*Key Responsibilities**
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats
Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Escalate complex issues to higher authorities when necessary
Provide product/service guidance and support
Achieve customer satisfaction and service targets

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong problem\-solving ability
Patience and customer\-focused attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
*Qualification**
Any Graduate
Additional certification in customer service is a plus
*Experience**
Fresher or 1–3 years in customer support / BPO / call center
*Work Environment**
Call centers, offices, BPOs, or remote support roles
Shift\-based work (including night shifts for international processes)
