- Communicate with customers via calls to provide information about renewable energy products and services.
- Advise customers on suitable renewable energy solutions based on their needs.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales representative
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support and assistance.
- Transfer calls to team leaders o when required.
- Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve products and services.
- Excellent communication skills with strong English proficiency and grammar.
Good listening skills with a patient and customer\-friendly approach.
Strong problem\-solving and analytical thinking abilities.Ability to handle calls professionally and efficiently.Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.Graduate and post\-graduate candidates can apply.Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹28,000\.00 per month
