Job Description

  • *Job Responsibilities:**
  • Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow\-up.
  • Coordinate with showroom and internal teams to address customer requirements.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel reports.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
  • Assist with order tracking, exchanges, and other customer support activities.
  • *Requirements:**
  • Any graduate or undergraduate.
  • Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi (preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
  • Customer service experience is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and problem\-solving skills.
  • *Salary:** As per company standards (based on experience).
