Job Description
- *Job Title:** Customer Care Executive

- *Job Responsibilities:**
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely follow\-up.
- Coordinate with showroom and internal teams to address customer requirements.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
- Assist with order tracking, exchanges, and other customer support activities.
- *Requirements:**
- Any graduate or undergraduate.
- Good communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi (preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
- Customer service experience is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Positive attitude, patience, and problem\-solving skills.
- *Salary:** As per company standards (based on experience).
