Job Description
ShopGlobal is a leading cross\-border e\-commerce company managing brands across global marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Noon, Walmart, Lazada, and Shopee.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer queries via email, chat, and marketplace messages.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (90%\+ positive reviews).
- Resolve Amazon A\-to\-Z claims and minimize avoidable claims.
- Manage returns, refunds, and product retention.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations for return verification.
- Recover and restock eligible returned products.
- Prepare customer service reports and maintain records.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
- *Requirements**
- 1–3 years of customer service or e\-commerce experience.
- Strong communication and problem\-solving skills.
- Experience with Amazon/e\-commerce support preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Customer\-focused with strong attention to detail.
