Job Description

ShopGlobal is a leading cross\-border e\-commerce company managing brands across global marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Noon, Walmart, Lazada, and Shopee.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Handle customer queries via email, chat, and marketplace messages.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction (90%\+ positive reviews).
  • Resolve Amazon A\-to\-Z claims and minimize avoidable claims.
  • Manage returns, refunds, and product retention.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations for return verification.
  • Recover and restock eligible returned products.
  • Prepare customer service reports and maintain records.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
  • *Requirements**
  • 1–3 years of customer service or e\-commerce experience.
  • Strong communication and problem\-solving skills.
  • Experience with Amazon/e\-commerce support preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Customer\-focused with strong attention to detail.
