\- 5 days working 2 rotational week offs.

Job Description

Customer Service Executives for the UHC (UnitedHealthcare) process. This is a US healthcare customer service voice process where you will interact with customers over phone calls and provide support regarding their healthcare\-related concerns.

As a Customer Service Executive, you will

\* Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

\* Assist customers with queries related to healthcare plans and insurance benefits.

\* Help members understand claim status, eligibility, coverage, and policy details.

\* Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services and benefits.

\* Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high\-quality customer service standards.

\* Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

\* Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and process requirements.

Eligibility

\* Excellent English communication skills.

\* Strong problem\-solving and customer handling skills.

\* Comfortable working in US night shifts.

\* Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
