Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer\-focused Customer Care Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will educate customers about ÉyRy’s services, address their queries, ensure a smooth onboarding experience, and provide prompt after\-sales support to maintain long\-term customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Assistance
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Explain ÉyRy's services, subscription plans, hiring process, and company policies.
- Guide customers in selecting the most suitable staffing solutions based on their requirements.
- Build trust by providing accurate, transparent, and timely information.
After\-Sales Support
- Handle customer requests after placement, including replacements, service concerns, and general assistance.
- Coordinate with the operations and relationship management teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Follow up with customers until their concerns are fully resolved.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle.
Customer Relationship Management
- Conduct regular follow\-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record customer feedback and escalate recurring issues for process improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Promote renewals, referrals, and additional services wherever appropriate.
Service Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication between customers and operations.
- Monitor pending customer requests and ensure timely closures within defined service timelines.
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their requests.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities.
- Patient, empathetic, and customer\-centric approach.
- Good problem\-solving and conflict\-resolution skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer success, telesales, or service operations.
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, hospitality, healthcare, or service\-based industries will be an added advantage.
