• Handle customer queries through calls
• Maintain customer records and verify documents
• Update data in the system
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Ensure timely resolution while following quality standards

• Good communication skills
• Basic computer/MS Office knowledge
• Customer handling skills
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to learn
