Job Description

- Graduate mandatory
- Freshers to maximum 2 years of experience
- \*B.Tech/B.E. candidates are NOT eligible\*
- *\*Preferred Experience:\***
Customer Service, Voice Process, Operations, BFSI, Banking, Insurance, Mutual Funds, or Financial Services.
- *\*Job Responsibilities:\***
- Handle customer queries through calls
- Maintain customer records and verify documents
- Update data in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Ensure timely resolution while following quality standards
- *\*Skills Required:\***
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer/MS Office knowledge
- Customer handling skills
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
