Customer Care Executive

• Handle patient and client inquiries via phone, email, and walk\-ins.
• Provide information about diagnostic tests, packages, and pricing.
• Register patients and generate lab test requisitions/bills.
• Coordinate sample collection appointments (home collection \& in\-lab).
• Track test status and inform patients/doctors about report availability.
• Address complaints and escalate critical issues to lab/branch manager.
• Coordinate with collection centers and reference lab for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the LIS/CRM system.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient data as per lab policies.
• Support front\-desk operations and ensure high patient satisfaction.
