Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for an Australian Vehicle Insurance inbound process. This is a **non\-sales, customer support role** focused on assisting customers with insurance\-related queries and providing excellent service over calls and email. Candidates must have strong communication skills, prior international BPO experience, and the ability to work independently from home.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries related to Australian vehicle insurance policies.
Provide accurate information and support to customers via phone and email.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and within defined timelines.
Maintain detailed records and update customer information in internal systems.
Generate and manage reports using Excel.
Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards.
Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Mandatory Requirements

**Minimum 3 years of experience in an International Calling BPO (Voice Process).**
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem\-solving abilities.
Good working knowledge of **Microsoft Excel**.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Must have:
Personal **Laptop/Desktop**
Reliable **High\-Speed Internet/Wi\-Fi Connection**
Quiet and professional work\-from\-home setup
