Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive to manage customer support activities along with collections and recovery operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships while ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments and resolving customer payment\-related concerns.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support

• Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Provide accurate information regarding projects, payment schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Project teams to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow\-ups.

Collections \& Recovery

• Monitor customer payment schedules and outstanding dues.
• Conduct regular follow\-ups with customers for pending installments and overdue payments.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables as per company policies.
• Prepare and share collection reports, aging reports, and recovery status updates with management.
• Coordinate with the Accounts and Legal teams for recovery of long\-pending dues.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve payment\-related disputes professionally.
• Issue payment reminders, demand letters, and follow\-up communications.
• Maintain proper documentation of collection and recovery activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3\+ years of experience in Customer Support, Collections, Recovery, or Client Relationship Management.
• Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer\-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and collection tracking systems.
• Ability to handle customer escalations and recovery matters professionally.
