**Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process (Inbound)**
**Experience in International BPO is mandatory**Prior experience in B2C customer support/sales processes preferred- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Good customer handling skills
- Familiarity with MS Office and internet applications
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced customer\-centric environment
- Willingness to work night shifts from office
