Job Title: Executive Customer Experience

- *Job Summary**: We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Executive. The role involves engaging with customers telephonically, understanding their needs, and guiding them to use product features effectively.
- *Duties \& Responsibilities:**
· Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product features.
· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
· Support upsell Cross sell activities.
- *Required Skills \& Abilities:**
· Excellent communication in Hindi \& English
· Strong interpersonal and soft skills.
· Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism.
- *Educational Qualification:**
· Graduate / Undergraduates.
- *Experience:**
Experience in Inbound / Outbound calling campaigns preferred.
Freshers with good comunication skills can also apply
Work Environment
· Work from Office.
· 6\-day work week.
