• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Training Delivery \& Facilitation**
• Conduct engaging training sessions across technical and behavioral domains.
• Design and deliver structured learning modules tailored to business needs.
• Ensure training effectiveness through interactive facilitation techniques.
• **Curriculum Development**
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training requirements.
• Develop training content, manuals, and assessments aligned with organizational goals.
• Continuously update training materials to reflect industry best practices.
• **Floor Transition \& People Management**
• Manage smooth transitions of employees from training to live operations.
• Provide on\-the\-job coaching, mentoring, and performance support.
• Handle team queries, resolve challenges, and ensure workforce readiness.
• **Monitoring \& Evaluation**
• Track training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership review.

• *Skills \& Competencies**

• Strong **facilitation and communication** skills.
• Expertise in **floor transition management** and **people management**.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training styles.

• *Qualifications**

• BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc/BSc (or equivalent).

• *Experience**

• Minimum **5 years of total professional experience**.
• At least **3 years of hands\-on training experience**.
