Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments, orders, and feedback.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Assist with office administration, documentation, and filing.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
- Support scheduling, data entry, and general office tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Customer\-focused attitude and problem\-solving skills.Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or office administration is preferred.Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) is preferred.Experience working with CRM software is preferred.Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
