· Assist customers as needed with setting up associated with a product or service
· Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
· Handling inbound calls from client on product related to functional and technical query.
· Provide Online/Onsite support to customers

· Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
