We are looking for a dedicated **Customer Care Executive** with excellent English communication skills to provide outstanding customer support and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats.
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in every customer interaction.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication is mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem\-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and customer\-focused approach.
