Job Description
- *Customer Delight Associate**
- *What would you be doing here?**
- This role sits within the Care team and is designed to build strong operational ownership, user empathy, and problem\-solving capabilities over time.
- You will begin by handling real user conversations and supporting operational workflows over email and phone — with the level of detail, tone, ownership, and judgment our users deserve.
- Within 6–12 months, you will gradually start owning smaller systems, identifying escalation patterns, and driving operational improvements independently.
- Bring deep user insights and recurring signals back to the organization to influence policies, workflows, and user experience decisions.
- Take ownership of one improvement project every quarter (apart from day\-to\-day tickets) — identify broken processes, operational gaps, or inefficiencies, and help move them toward resolution.
- Actively seek feedback, learn continuously, and demonstrate a strong willingness to grow.
- You will gain exposure to product knowledge, internal tools and frameworks, the Marrow exam ecosystem, writing and communication, reading dashboards and operational metrics, running projects end\-to\-end, and team ownership and leadership fundamentals.
- *The best\-fit candidate would have:**
- 1\+ years of experience in roles involving real human interaction — healthcare\-adjacent, hospitality, support, operations, or any environment where you’ve communicated with people under pressure. We are open to different backgrounds.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Genuine warmth, empathy, patience, and the ability to handle high\-pressure user situations thoughtfully.
- Comfort working with AI tools and systems — either someone who has already explored/built things using AI (beyond basic prompting), or someone with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.
- A strong growth mindset with a clear desire for long\-term personal and professional development.
- The ability to think beyond the obvious, approach problems with curiosity, and bring creative or unconventional thinking to improve systems and experiences.
