This seasoned leader will own the customer success and operations strategy. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring customer success and operations teams to meet performance goals, leading daily inbound and outbound calls for non-delivery reports, delayed shipments, and escalations, and driving omnichannel experiences across WhatsApp, email, calls, and social media within established SOPs.
