We are looking for an energetic and result\-oriented Marketing \& School Partnership Executive to drive business growth by developing partnerships with schools and educational institutions. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads, conduct presentations, build relationships with school decision\-makers, and close deals for Innovation Lab setup projects and Robotics/AI training programs.
- *Key Responsibilities School Partnership \& Business Development**
- Identify and connect with schools, educational institutions, and key decision\-makers.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, digital channels, and cold outreach.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for school management.
- Convert prospects into long\-term institutional partnerships.
- Negotiate proposals and successfully close deals for Innovation Lab setup projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, directors, trustees, and school administrators.
- *Program Sales \& Revenue Generation**
- Promote annual Robotics, AI, Coding, Drone, and STEM programs to schools.
- Drive enrollments for short\-term workshops, summer camps, bootcamps, and certification programs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on school requirements.
- *Marketing \& Brand Promotion**
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Coordinate seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and educational events.
- Manage social media marketing and digital outreach activities.
- Support content creation for promotional materials, presentations, and brochures.
- *Reporting \& Coordination**
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
- Track lead conversion rates and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate with academic and technical teams for smooth program implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- 0\.5\-2 years of experience in Educational Sales, School Outreach, Business Development, Marketing, EdTech Sales, or Institutional Sales.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable meeting school authorities and conducting presentations.
- Strong networking and relationship\-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of Robotics, AI, STEM, Coding, or educational technology (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
