Key Responsibilities

\- Handle incoming calls from US customers.

\- Resolve queries and provide product information.

\- Identify customer needs and promote relevant products/services.

\- Maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements

\- Good English communication skills.

\- Basic computer knowledge.

\- Freshers can apply; experience is a plus.

\- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Education: Bachelor's degree compulsory
