*Roles \& Responsibilities**
Handle **customer enquiries** via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Maintain and update **customer database (CRM system)**
Register and track **new leads**
Coordinate and schedule **client meetings \& site visits**
Follow up with clients on **project status and updates**
Prepare **daily and weekly reports** on leads and conversions
Ensure **timely communication** between clients and internal teams
Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain a high level of **customer satisfaction and service quality**
*Requirements**
Bachelor’s degree in any field
0–3 years of experience in **CRM / customer handling / sales coordination**
