We are looking for a passionate and customer\-focused **Customer Relations Executive** to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will assist customers through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and in\-person interactions, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience throughout their jewelry\-buying journey.
✅ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and email.
✅ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamond jewelry options.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through timely follow\-ups.
✅ Schedule and coordinate customer appointments and consultations.
✅ Assist customers throughout the purchase process, from inquiry to delivery.
✅ Handle customer concerns, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads.
✅ Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
✅ Follow up on quotations, pending inquiries, and abandoned leads.
✅ Support promotional campaigns, launches, and customer engagement activities.
✅ Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and uphold the Zeu Diamonds brand experience.
✔ Excellent communication skills in **English and Malayalam (Mandatory)**
✔ **Hindi and Tamil (Preferred)**
✔ Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building skills
✔ Customer\-centric attitude with a pleasant personality
✔ Basic computer and social media handling skills
✔ Ability to multitask and manage customer conversations effectively
✔ Previous experience in customer service, telesales, sales coordination, or customer relations is an advantage
Jewelry industry experience is a plus
CRM software knowledge is an advantage
Strong negotiation and follow\-up skills
Ability to convert inquiries into sales opportunities
