Job Description

Maintain customer database for sales enquiries, bookings, and deliveries
Conduct follow\-up calls for enquiries, test drives, bookings, and pending payments
Coordinate with sales team for vehicle delivery schedules
Collect customer feedback after vehicle delivery
Support cross\-selling and upselling activities (AMC, accessories, insurance)
Make reminder calls for free services, paid services, and AMC renewals
Follow up on service feedback and resolve customer complaints
Coordinate with service advisors to close customer issues on time
Track repeat service customers and improve retention
Maintain daily call reports and CRM system updates
