Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Relations Executive (CRE) to deliver a seamless, luxury customer experience at our store. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing professional, attentive, and personalized assistance while maintaining the brand’s premium image.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy as they enter the store.
- Guide and assist customers to appropriate sections or sales staff based on their needs.
- Maintain a polished, presentable, and professional appearance at all times.
- Address basic customer inquiries regarding store layout, products, and services.
- Monitor the store entrance for security and safety purposes, reporting any suspicious activity.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the store entrance.
- Support sales staff during peak hours, promotional events, and special store activities.
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects a luxury experience aligned with the brand image.
- Maintain and update customer and visitor data as required.
Education \& Qualifications
- Graduation in any field or completion of relevant online courses in Aviation, Hospitality, or Customer Service.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in retail, aviation, hospitality, or customer service roles.
Skills \& Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional grooming and presentation are essential.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain composure in a busy environment.
- Basic computer literacy for data management and reporting.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.

Profile Summary
