Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and queries
• Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and communication channels
• Assist customers in selecting suitable products/services based on their requirements
• Coordinate with relevant departments for query resolution and follow\-ups
• Assign qualified leads to branches/departments for further processing
• Manage customer communication through WhatsApp groups, email, and social media
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive experience
• Prepare reports and maintain customer satisfaction records

Requirements

\* 0–3 years experience in CRM / Sales Coordination
