Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

The role involves assisting customers, understanding their requirements, and supporting them throughout the vehicle buying process.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Welcome walk\-in customers and handle enquiries
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Explain vehicle features, variants, pricing, offers, and finance options
• Arrange test drives and product demonstrations
• Follow up with customers through calls, messages, and emails
• Support conversion of enquiries into sales
• Maintain customer details in CRM/DMS systems
